Event Information:
Wye Valley Trail, 7am, Chepstow Castle Carpark, 1 Bridge St, Chepstow NP16 5EY Sunday 30th of August.
Starting at Chepstow Castle, this is a 25km Woodland Trail run, taking in caves, hill top views and river back runs it’s a long run with 720m meters of elevation, some of it steep and tricky in parts. This event is not for beginners, you should only register for this if you are used to running 25km+ distances and can manage a 10km time of circa 55m. That’s not the pace of the run, it is simply a safety guide to ensure that we keep the group together throughout the run. The run should take around the 3hr mark, depending on the groups pace.
If the High Street in Chepstow is still close off, which it was last time I went there, meet at Chepstow Leisure Centre Carpark. Chepstow NP16 5LU
